Once production has commenced on a custom item, it generally cannot be cancelled or amended — contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

5. Shipping and Delivery

These are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control (including custom production time, carrier delays, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control). As our products are custom made to order for each individual customer, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for change of mind. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If a product arrives faulty, significantly different from its description, damaged in transit, or is not fit for the purpose for which signage of this kind is commonly used, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy as required by law.
